Cam from BoConcept Wellington led this project in collaboration with the homeowner, creating a relaxed coastal setting that reflects both the home’s architectural intent and its natural surroundings. This newly built residence by Upoko, recognised at the 2023 Wellington Architecture Awards, balances contemporary design with an effortless sense of calm.

The Osaka corner sofa makes the most of the living space, offering generous seating while maintaining an open, flowing layout. In the dining area, the Kingston dining table paired with Princeton dining chairs introduces softer, rounded forms that contrast beautifully with the home’s angular architectural lines. Additional pieces, including the leather Reno chair, Madrid coffee table and Fermo media cabinet, add warmth, texture and functional elegance. The result is a refined yet inviting interior that feels cohesive, comfortable and perfectly suited to modern coastal living.
